Increase in Sexual Appetite

I was just wondering if anyone else has had an increase in their sexual appetite while pregnant.  I know this is probably TMI but it just seems to me like I can't get enough sex.  Just wondering if anyone else out there was going through the same thing!

Completely normal, in fact it's expected.  They call the second trimester the honeymoon phase because of the increase in sexual desire.  I had it too, still having some at 31 weeks, but completely normal.  Tell him to enjoy it while you can, you may not find time to have sex when the baby gets here!  Have a happy and healthy 9 months!

lol, it's normal, dont worry about it. Enjoy it while it lasts because the closer you get, the harder it is to have sex.
And you cant have sex 6 weeks after you deliver vaginally.
If your having a good normal pregnancy, then your doctor probably wont object to it.
I have a friend that induced herself from having sex.. lol, her water broke when she was on top. So towards the end you might want to be careful.

Yeah, me too.  Not so much in the first trimester, but after that, WOW.  Probably also has alot to do with the fact that most husbands think their wife is so sexy and beautiful when they are pregnant and you have those perks of being pg (like the massages and belly rubs).  Enjoy it b/c when the baby comes, there won't be any time.   ;-)

I had a slight surge in the first trimester, then the second trimester made it stronger. But by the time I hit my third, I was so dang uncomfortable and felt so huge, my desire dropped a little. It is totally normal. I think it is probably much more pronounced if you aren't battling bad m/s or fatigue : )
