paper-like and sore-like cuts on lower vagina near rectum?

For a few days now I have been experiencing cuts on my lower vagina near my rectum. I noticed it after having sex for the first few times with my boyfriend. At first I thought the pain was from his penis rubbing to hard in my vagina but the pain did not go away. After a couple days I noticed the pain was coming from a paper-like cut on the outside of my lips. I also noticed he had pimples appearing on his penis shaft after sex. I assumed it was the type of lotion he was using for masterbation and it caused an infection on both of us. The next day I noticed a small swollen bump on the inner part of my vagina. The pain is awful if I urinate after a day of normal routine which I assume is due to sweating or something of that nature. I just examined my vagina and now I have 3 cuts, 2 of them seem to be open sores, white around the outside and red on the inside. It is extremely painful when touched or trying to wipe after using the restroom and even even trying to pass bowel movements I'm in pain. After painful cleaning of my vagina the pain seemed to die down for a while until the evening after excercise. I'm unable to go to the doctor in the next 48 hours and it seems to be getting worse. What does this sound like?

If he has bumps, don't give him no lumps.

Shouldn't of had sex with a guy with bumps on his penis. Hopefully you don't have herpes. Next time speak up and protect yourself.

I've never personally had this problem but it sounds like you have an STD honey. You need to go get checked out and you need to get your BF to get checked out.
This is why we wear condoms people, c'mon.
