Age isn't a factor.  What is is how many sexual partners and whether HPV has been contracted.

You risk HPV infection, which is an STI that can lead to cancer (you probably have heard of it on commercial like Guardisal as it's a major cause for cervical cancer, but it can lead to oral cancers as well).  Be sure you are 100% certain neither of you have had any other sexual partners before even thinking about doing it unprotected.  There are flavored condoms for this purpose.
