I NEED ADVICE AND FAST PLEASE

hello everyone...
i was treated for clomidia in May...apparently ive had it for awhile, i would have to guess since march.
it is june now and i am experiencing pain in the vagina. somedays its achey starting from the inside out. other days it feels like lots of pressure when i sit too long...yesterday i had a burning sensation and i felt like i needed to pee but when i went to the washroom i couldnt...that made me feel frustrated and uncomfortable...now my lower abdomen is real sore like i just did lots of sit-ups the night before.
i feel real tired and i am experiencing nausea.
i work in homecare in a small village and dr.s come at least 2 times a week, plus they are all booked with clients. my co-worker is gone so it's just me working and there are no casuals to cover for me...should i be worried?

Yes you should be worried, if not treated you could develop pelvic inflamatory disease which leads to infertility.  You need to see a doctor and get treated. You cannot work if you are dead, take off and go see about yourself.

I suggest you go to a doctor and find out what wrong because you don't want to spectulate and it possible you could have contracted  cyhamdia again if you are sleeping with the same person and they was not treated.
