I damaged my clitoris during masturbation

Hello. I never had such problems. I masturbated and I think I damaged some nerve. During masturbation I squeezed the clitoris. After orgasm I noticed that arousal isn't gone. It's with me nonstop now, I can't sleep, nothing much help. It's hard to distract. Is it possible I developed PGAD? What could happen, maybe the fact I squeezed the clitoris during masturbation caused varices somewhere inside? Is it possible? Or the nerve is irritated now and I should calm it somehow? Is it possible to be gone? Physically nothing changed, it look healthy...

Hi there. That's a really sensitive area with many nerve endings. Handling it roughly or squeezing it could make it hurt. But it should resolve. When you have pain like this, it's technically called cliterocynia. Injury can indeed cause it. From an injury, you should heal.  Does ibuprofen take the edge off of discomfort? It never hurts to get checked out by a doctor. https://www.healthline.com/health/womens-health/clitoris-pain#treatment

Perhaps a few minutes of an ice pack would help as well.
Hello! Thank you. I'm having it for a week now, hope it will go away :( it got worse a bit, can't sleep with that anymore. Thank you again I will try at least ice pack now :)
And I haven't tried any painkiller, will try too.
