Hi, last night I woke up and went to the badroom to change my tampon but when I pulled out my tampon, I saw another string... That's when I realised that i had forgotten to pull out my earlier tampon. I feel so ashamend that I forgot it! Now, the first tampon had stayed 10 houres in, is it dangerous? I'm really scared...

I did that once and felt terrible for half a day.  If you feel bad don't delay calling your ob-gyn as it is possible you could get toxic shock syndrome, which can be deadly.  If you feel fine, no pain, nausea, strange discharge or fever, you should be fine.
