I have orgasms I think and I have a massager for like a back that I use and it doesent go in my but I still have orgasms I think but I never got wet once, is this bad?
I agree...Hope there will be some new medical finds for us in the near future.
I sort of have this problem, but mine is more if i do get wet it is for like 2 seconds therefor i have trouble in this part aswell :/ would be great if the problem would just go away :( but if you find anything that works be sure to let me know because lube is quite annoying :/
I have and I do. I have no problem getting aroused...the problem is that nothing gets the juices flowing...nothing at all.
I hear what you are saying. That might possibly be an issue. Though, I'm leaning more towards the physiological. Reason being is that before I even knew that I was supposed to be getting wet down there, I was unable to get wet. I actually didn't realize that there was a problem, so to speak, until I was about 21 or 22. I am probably too hard on myself, but I'd so donate to this type of research...I feel so strongly that there is some type of ailment and...unfortunately, this will be a continuous issue until I let go, I suppose. Thanks again for your help.
Not that I am saying you are overthinking it. A person can overthink it.
The reason I suggested lube is that continual self-consciousness ("Am I wet? Dry? Oh, no, the moisture is gone!") during sex can actually cause the problem by turning off natural responses. You can overthink these things to a point where it becomes sort of a self-fulfilling prophecy. Using lube regularly can ease the low-grade anxiety over that aspect of sex, and in so doing, solve the issue.
Try having your guy perform oral sex on you.
lol. Annie...I'm looking for other input. I'm aware of lube..I have it stocked.
Thank you
My diet does restrict fats and high cholesterol. High cholesterol and heart disease runs in my family (although there are no overweight or otherwise unhealthy people in my gene pool...we were just plagued with high cholesterol, so I have to watch it no matter what)...I actually am heavy on soy and I use flax and chia seeds from time to time when I throw them in my daily homemade shake.
I know lube is always an option. However, I came to this forum to look for additional information and other options. I appreciate your input.
Thank You
You may be on too "healthy" a diet and it's causing a dip in estrogen. The production of estrogen (which is responsible for maintaining vaginal moisture) requires cholestrol (however you spell that!).
If your diet severely restricts fats, try adding in a little more fat and soy and flax seeds.
Or, as Annie says, buy some lubricant.
Honey, use lube. It's less stressful than worrying and feeling bad.
