"grammer" is spelled grammar....LOL!!! just couldnt resist, but you have more important things to think about.
my experience....when i was pregnant, i was actually at a friend's baby shower and i did not feel well at all. i had a yucky stomach ache. well, later on that night my mucus plug broke and i went into labor that night. so to answer your question....YES!

It's hard to know how each person's labour is going to go - even in the same person. I was nauseaus and vomited only moving into transitional labour (that is from stage 1 to 2...the contractions stage to the bearing down and pushing out stage). With all 3 of my labours this nausea would happen and within five minutes of throwing up I had that incredible urge to push and then out came my babies!!! As you have already had a pre-term labour before I don't know if this is a sign for you. But it could also be your body getting very, very close to going into labour. By the way, it's great that you've made it this far with this one!

I just noticed how bad my grammer was in that post.  I had preterm labor at 34 weeks.  I have had braxton hicks.  I was not sure if feeling sooooo sick was a sign that labor is near.???  I have extreme vaginal pressure each night (like she is going to fall out):)  I am 50% and 1 cm as of 4 days ago.

Sounds like it could be - I would give your dr a call and see what they recommend.  Good Luck - Sounds like you are gonna be a mommy soon.
