Itchy fissures

Hi,

I've been dealing with horrible itchy and painful vaginal fissures over the past week caused by thrush. Has anyone had this problem and does anyone have any advice. I'm so upset and hurting, at only 19 this is embarrassing and painful!!!!!

I can't sleep, I constantly need to itch and when I pee I feel like I'm going to pass out, I've been  tested for Herpes and it was negative but the creams perscribed aren't helping :(

Warm water with salt should ease the itchiness short term, as for cream,I think doctor prescription are better than anything you could buy over counter, failing that, when I had and itchy lady part, I used vagisil (washed with warm water with salt first) and resist ( I know it's difficult to) itch.

Flora is out of balance.  Sugar feeds thrush so you need to stop sugar and processed carby foods.  Eat vegetables an healthy protein.  There is an oral pill called Diflucan that you could take - one dose or two is all they give you, but it can be hard on your liver so take steps to get rid of the yeast overgrowth once and for all.  Wash towels, underwear and socks in hot water and detergent with about 1/2 cup of baking soda each load.  Dry thoroughly.
You can look into using probiotics, tea tree oil topically, cranberries (but not sugar) Coconut oil, nigella sativa, garlic ... many natural healthy herbs discourage yeast
