Late periods-negative pregnancy

Hi,
I am 26 years old and married for a year. I am currently sexually inactive even after marriage. I used to get my periods dart on time(28 days cycle) but this time its past two months. Still no sign. I know its crazy to get a pregnancy test as I am 100% sure I cant be pregnant if I am sexually inactive, but still I took the test to just eliminate the possibilities. It came negative. Currently I am like getting few spottings and the old blood(dark brown discharge) occasionally. And nothing other than that. Could somebody guide me on what to do in such a case.
Thanks in advance.

I would go see your gyno and get some hormone tests done.  It might answer a lot for you, not only about the missing period, but also about the lack of sexual activity, (if the latter is not caused by something obvious like hubby being deployed).  Good luck!

it could be a change in life style or diet it also could be a change in medication or it could be a psychological condition in where you body wants to be pregnant and you mind follows you body and tricks it into thinking you are pregnant very rare condition very few documented cases if you continue missing your periods i would contact a doctor even if it at a free clinic if you dont have insurance hope this helps carruff
