Lower / slower heart rate during periods?

21, female. I have a low resting heart rate around 50's but increases with activity. I have had my thyroid checked(normal), and ekg and blood work all came back normal but my ekg did show signs of PVC's.
I'm overweight well actually obese. I'm 5'4 and weigh 175. :/ so not really athletic or fit.
I started my monthly cycle and my resting heart rate is actually lower. My average resting is like 58, but these past few days since right before I started is 54.
I'm curious is a lower heart rate during your period normal or okay? I already worry about my heart as it is but this makes me worry even more.
I am tired, short of breath & dizzy. I've told my dr and they ran the test I stated above but said everything looked normal. Opinion?
