Missed period and had a neg blood test

I've never missed a period even when i was diagnosed with cervical cancer at age 22. I am 21 days late now, took 4 urine test and all negative, i went to the doctor since i was feeling little bubbles on my left ovary and have minor pain with cramps. I took a blood test and it also came out negative. Now i just have back pain, it gets strong while im at work, and certain days i have minor cramps. As well little vibrations on my left ovary which i remember feeling when i was pregnant of my first child. Im not sure to check later in another week to see if i am pregnant or go and get an ultra sound since the doctor only gave me some pills for me to get my period. Im worried if i am i will have a miscariage, or maybe it can b something else.

It sounds like you are not pregnant.  When the doctor did blood work, did they also check your hormone levels?  Other things cause an absence of period such as too much estrogen production, a slow functioning thyroid, and various life factors such as stress, illness, weight gain or loss, changes in routine, etc.  I'd get answers to your hormone levels and thyroid function as this is probably related.  good luck
