Could I be pregnant

I'm not used to asking on forms like this but I need some advice. I've missed my period for 2 whole months and I've taken hpt and have had blood work done, all negative. I have sore breasts and have been nauseated but didn't throw up, I've feel really fatigued and really emotional.   It's gross to share this but I'm hoping someone out there has had similar creamy white discharge,  I've had a lot at one time. It practically filled up my undies. Freaked me out, nothing like that has ever happened. I passed it off as ovulation but it never stopped and then that huge glob happens. I've heard that everything stops and have read on incident where the woman was experiencing discharge to the point where she felt the need to wear period pads. So I think maybe other people have had this too.
I gave my boyfriend a ** and he sort of wiped off and then imminently entered me with no condom. I took the hpt after missing my first period but I think it was too early it was after one week.  My belly is even bigger in the lower admin, I've not gained weight any where else. My boyfriend wants me to get the ultrasound and i am unsure anything will show up. What I am hopping to  know is if anyone has has similar symptoms and gotten negative results after 2 months missed and if you turned out to be pregnant or not. I was using birth control, took it everyday at the same time. After my second missed period I stopped because I thought for sure something  was up. Since being off my BC, my period Has still not come back, I've had craps, soar breasts, and that discharge as well as the growth of my belly and a few other pregnancy symptoms.  Still the test results are negative.

Thank you for responding to my question, I have seen my doctor who ran blood and urine tests, both of which came up negative. However the nurse that I was also seen by said that her first child came up negative for everything too. My doctor instructed that I wait 1-2 weeks to see if my period to come back. My boyfriend and I decided to go ahead and get an ultra sound done on me to find out for sure. My doctor approved it and I will be getting it done soon. since this question however my stomach has continued to grow and is bulging though my shirt, and my period has not returned so I am pretty sure I am pregnant.

Delayed periods are often due to pregnancy. If you are apprehensive regarding the status of your pregnancy you can get it checked. Most home pregnancy tests that check urine beta-HCG are sensitive to 20-25 mIU/ml of HCG. The test can be positive anywhere from about 2-3 days prior to a missed menses to 4-5 days after, but usually it should be done 7-10 days past your missed period.

Otherwise you can get a serum HCG also done which is more specific than urine pregnancy test.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
