vulva lump

I have found a small lump "down there" above where you pee from. It is under the skin and smaller than the size of a pee. It has appeared in the last 48hrs and today become quite painful. there is no visible marking on the skin, it does not appear wart-like more like a cyst? any idea what it is/what to do?

even if it's not painful, you should have it checked by your doc just to be sure

if this is painful i would get it checked by a phys. i have had similar cyst like eruption but i found this was caused by friction!but it was never painful.i would watch this area to see if  it changes in size or becomes even more painful.
