Not leaking/dribbling after sex..why?

As the title suggests after sex I don't drip....a lot of the semen seems to be sitting outside the vagina...usually it would drip after walking or standing up but the last few months it hasnt.

Is something wrong? Does it mean it simply isn't getting inside? Or has my partners semen changed? Why could this be?

Is this the same partner? Has he commented on whether his semen has changed?

Yup same partner. Only change I can think of is we are drinking less fluids? Trying to cut down on fizzy drinks but it means drinking not as much water... but not sure if this is normal or if it should usually 'drip'
It's possible that the viscosity of his semen changed when you began to cut back on fluid intake, and that makes the semen more likely to stick and not drip. Or there could be internal change in your body as well that makes it more likely to hold on to the semen. You could test the theory by drinking as much (in water) as you used to drink in sweetened fizzy drinks every day, and see if things change.
