Hi! So for some context I'm 24 years old female and while I'm thin (53 kilograms) I have 0 waist, my body is like wood plank, no boobs, no ass, no waist. I have a 24.8 inches waist and no belly fat, so I was wondering if waist training would work on me? Or is it just for people who are looking to loose weight? is it too late to start since I'm an adult?
