I'm always scared of leaks! How should I manage to not be scared?

Any help?

leaks of what?  Your period or urine (after childbirth, you'll know what I mean by that . . .  sneezing needs to be planned.  ha).  Period wise, change your tampon on a regular basis when out and about.  Every couple of hours should do it unless it is a very heavy time and then maybe every hour.  You could wear a thin pad just in case.  All women go through this so we just have to deal and be diligent in our sanitary care.  Even though it is a huge pain in the butt.  Good luck
