I have had PMDD for about as long as ive been getting a period, about 10 years now. And in recent months I havent been getting it too badly,  but this month Its been horrible. My basic question is can early pregnancy symptoms mimic PMDD? Theirs a chance that i could have gotten pregnant this month, and I'm just cureous if anyone else has experienced this and wound up pregnant. my symptoms are extreme moodiness, irritated at nothing then crying for no reason. Fatigue and sleepiness but cant actually fall asleep. Menstrual/lower abdominal cramping (which i never get before my period). Nausea, and feel sick if i dont eat, but also if i do eat. Headaches and dizziness. And today I had a panic attack, and i haven't had one of them in almost a year. Thanks
