It doesn't sound terribly likely.  A sperm would probably not make it all the way in the process you described.  Did you have excessive vaginal mucous or blood flow at that moment?  It could theoretically provide a bridge, but it's not anything that I have read anyone say happened to them.  All I can say is, protect yourself with condoms and you won't have to sweat this stuff.  Good luck!

I post it before but no one seemd to know my answer...do you know?
I just want to know : I had anal sex.then my boyfriend came inside me.and now do sperms alive or not? I'm not concerned about pregnancy by anal sex.
I just had anal sex then my boyfriend came inside my anus.then after that when I went to bathroom and peed some of his sperms came out of my anus.I wanna know if those sperms were alive when they came out of my anus and if they can swim up to my vagaina.
besides I heard sperms die in room tempereature

As you said, it's "usually not possible."  By saying "odder things have happened," I meant, there are no guarantees.  Maybe some woman has bleeding with her ovulation and thinks it is a period.  She could get pregnant.  Maybe another woman has a really odd cycle with ovulation right before a period and the egg is still hanging around.  She could get pregnant.  But generally speaking, or usually, getting pregnant on the first day of the period is not going to happen.  Even so, I wouldn't use that as a form of birth control, it's not that safe.

That's a good way to put it.  Odder things have happened, but it would be unusual.

ps -- you can still get a sexually transmitted disease during your period, so do consider using barrier protection like condoms.

so it's not usually possible to get pregnant in the first day of period?

It is not the day of ovulation.  Count the first day of period bleeding as "Day 1," and then keep counting, at about Day 4 or Day 5 you will stop bleeding, and at about Day 14 you will ovulate.  This is based on an average of a lot of women and so yours might be different.
