Pain!

I am a 26 year old lady, with a 3 1/2 year old son.  Since the birth of my son i have had really bad pain in my ovaries, to which ultrasounds were done and i have had two dermoid tumours removed and my left ovary, but i am still experiencing the pain and also have stress incontinence.  My gynocologist told me a name of what he feels i have but i have forgotten, and will not be seeing him for another month.  Do you have an opinion.  In the last six months i have had no tumours but the pain is getting worse, i am going to the toilet all the time, 20 times a day, and it hurts to have intercourse or use a tampon.  Help.

IC?  Interstitial cystitis possibly?         I would try to get an appointment to see a urologist who deals with this.   Pelvic floor dysfunction can also play a big part in this.
