Used the pull out method, can I still get pregnant?

Hello I am a 28 year old female, I had unprotected sex the day after my period and a week later. Both times my fiance' used the "pull out" method. 3 weeks after the first time we had sex, I am starting to see some very slight spotting(my periods are not due for about another week) i have never missed a period.
I am alarmed, because I have had continual cramps since the first time we had unprotected sex, I thought I was ovulating(because I usually experience discomfort when I am ovulating) also the discharge from my vagina is clear and slippery, which is weird.
I am not sure if Im pregnant and I am afraid to take a pregnancy test :/
Please help? Is it possible to get pregnant even if he pulled out before ejaculation?

Go to Planned Parenthood and get some free condoms now.
Don't ever go around without one again. Change it every couple of months and make sure its a fresh one.
Go to the pharmacy and get the morning after pill if you don't want a baby.

I successfully used the rhythm method for over a decade but he came home from leave once in the middle of my cycle and BAM twins.
No one talks about disease because its embarrassing. People lie. Just use condoms or stick to hands only.

Keep track of the middle of your cycle and avoid sex like the plague condom or not if you don't want babies.

It is my own personal opinion that when you resort to these types of birth control methods meaning; having sex before, or during ovulation, and or engaging in intercourse before, or just as your menstrual cycle begins, male ejacualtion on or near the vaginal area are all risks. You've previously mentioned that you know, and understand your body in a sense that when changes occur you are aware of them. My advice would be to seek the professional guidance of a primary care physician, and or Obgyn, who would can better answer any questions about the concerns you're experiencing. Best wishes

Hi there.  The pull out during sex is not a birth control method, at all.  It's risky behavior.  Men have pre ejaculate prior to orgasm that does have sperm in it that CAN impregnate you.

Don't be afraid to take a pregnancy test.  That is part of the deal when you have unprotected sex.  You could suffer the consequence of accidental pregnancy.  So, you have to be mature about finding out.

By the way, are you late for your period?  Do you track it?  Might be a good idea to start paying attention to that.

So, take a test.  If it is positive, make your plans.  If it is negative, PLEASE buy some condoms and use them each and every time. good luck
