I would talk to an obgyn to make sure that you are okay and that you have all the answers before you enter into marriage also if you are trying to conceive make sure you take at least 400mg of folic acids to reduce birth effects that could have occurred from the abortions. Anything is possible although your body does need a rest to get for lack of other words stable. Once your menstrual becomes regular. ovulation is when the egg is released from the ovary. Fertility increase about a week and the ovulation day depends on your cycle.

For Example I have a 23 day cycle my fertility week is Oct. 17-Oct 23 but The egg is released and I am most fertile on Oct 22.

Hi and welcome.  Well, your cycle works like this----  cycle day one is the first day of your period.  You ovulate then around day 14 typically and have a 24 to 48 hour window to conceive.  Obviously you are pretty fertile.  Time will tell if you damaged your cervix with three back to back abortions in such a short time.

That is very sad.  Hopefully you won't have to have any more and can go on to have children.  I wouldn't rush getting pregnant though.  To solidify marriage, it is often a good idea to spend some time being a couple before a baby is introduced.  good luck
