Protected sex, condom didn't break late period but pms symptoms

Had protected sex jan 23. he didn't ejaculate and the condom didn't break. We had sex right after my period ended and I ovulated 5-6 days after. In december my period came on the 23rd and in January it came early on the 18th. It's february 20th and I have pms symptoms but no bleeding. Can I be pregnant? Also no other signs of early pregnancy like frequent peeing or drastic changes in discharge

A pregnancy test certainly would show it by now if you are pregnant.
