Irregular periods

Last month, I was two weeks late for my period so I went to get  a test and it was negative; a day later I got my period which lasted for 7 days and was pretty heavy - basically normal for me. Now, my period has started again but two weeks early! I've been stressed recently, is this why my periods are all over the place? Thank you!

i would say that it definitely down to the way u have been eating/ not eating that has something to do with your periods, i have been on a diet since jan an it really messed my periods up, thats why i was so shocked to find out i was pregnant but also really happy. if nothing has improved in the next for wks i would say go an see ur doctor and see if maybe they come do something for u, hope this has helped a lil, all the best in university xx

Hey, thank you! Definitely not planning on becoming pregnant right now - studying at university! Which probably links into the diet factor as I've been staying up late to complete assignments and forgetting to eat, then not being able to eat as healthily/as much as I would at home due to random daily schedules and the cost of fresh food. I have also been almost forgetting to eat in the past few weeks because of upcoming deadlines; so yes, in a way I have been on a diet. x

Hey, as u have been stressed this could be a cause as to why u were 2 wks late an also why u may have started 2 wks early. Without sounding rude have u been on a diet recently so this could also be a cause as to ur periods are all over the place, are u planning on becoming pregnant? Xx
