Severe left ovary pain , radiates down left leg

I have had severe left sided pain near my ovary that radiates down my left leg. Sometimes pain is so severe that I cannot walk, get cold sweats, nausea. It lasts on avg 10 days and I have to continually take anti inflammatories, non narcotic pain meds and apply heat continually to function. I have had ablation, d&c, hysteroscope to alleviate symptoms. I do not bleed anymore( no uterine tissue left I suppose.) Yet I still have severe pain that has been recurring since ablation, for over a year and has worsened since hysteroscope, 3 months ago. Dr says nothing wrong, ovaries healthy. Ultrasounds, labs say everything looks fine. My Dr says hysterectomy may be solution, HOW when Dr. cannot  find anything wrong?  Suggestions???

Hi Dr. Kaur, I have the same issue. It's been almost a week that I'm suffering from this severe pain in my lower left near my ovary that radiates down my left leg. I also had this last year. I undergone transrectal ultrasound but the Doctor said they found nothing so they only gave me pain killers. And now I'm experiencing it again and the pain has gotten worse. I've already went for a chekup and they just gave me pain killers as well. But it doesn't work on me anymore. I also have my period btw and the bleeding won't seem to stop. Hope you could help me. Thanks!

Dr says that I have pockets of fluid(blood) that are unable to drain and blood is backing into Fallopian tubes despite having scar tissue removed by D&C. He states best option is to have hysterectomy. I will get 2nd opinion and decide thereafter.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Such type of pain radiating down the leg can be due to neurological pain as well. You need to get a nerve conduction velocity test done and confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
