Should I be worried?

The doctor's nurse called me and said the results from my LEEP said that it was a mixture between CIN II and III and they caught it in time??? What did she mean by that? I was in shock didn't know what to say at that time, should I be seriously worried about cervical cancer?

HPV does lead to cervical cancer yes.  but now that the doctor knows you have it and they caught it just in time, means that you can be helped.  You will be under close watch of course.  It is strange that is was not caught sooner with all the testing they have now.  I was diagnosed with HPV in 2001 before all the rave and commercials about it.  No one knew what I was talking about and thought I was making it up.  The commercials make is sound so easy and non threatening..  I actually can't stand them

I will pray for you and that you have peace and calmness in this time.  I am here to talk if you need
