Should I worry about a late period

My husband and i have been ttc. I got of birth control in dec. This month I'm 10 days late. I got my period in Dec and Jan. January was 10 days late. I spotted Feb 13th and have been cramping and nauseous here and there. I have taken several tests but they have only come back negative. Should i be alarmed?

I am having deja vu as I swear I answered this, so sorry if it is a repeat somewhere else.  Alarmed isn't the right word.  Women are often late and often for other reasons than pregnancy like illness, stress, changes in routine, weight gain or loss, etc.  Wait a full week, try another test. But you may just really only be late. You always have the option of calling your doctor.  And if you go a full three months without a period, do call your doc.   It takes the average couple a year to conceive.  good luck
