Someone read and give advice please??.....

Hello everyone, I am posting again here to give you all the update on my issues. if you dont remember i posted about a rash and cuts that i had on my vagina for about 2 months. Well, i finally affored to go to planned parenthood and they did a few things.First they tried to do a culture but saw no visible lesions, so she took a blood test for hsv 1 and 2. She also checked for yeast infection and some other fungal infections and it all came back negative.Except for the herpes test,i have to wait a week for that. This is gonna be a very long week, I am so nervouse and scared. I have a question for u guys though, when you have herpes, can u have an outbreak for 2 months?? because these sores ive been getting have been going on for that amount of time, go away for about 2 days and then come back again. Any advise or words of comfort will help right now. Thanks for all your support you guys! God Bless!!

Did you visit Herpes Sites?
Google Herpes and then read away.

If you have sores on your vagina, then it would be best to abstain from any sex.  There is medication to treat this.  Once you have had herpes, you are infected for life and will have outbreaks.  You will need to inform your partners.  Also, if you have it, where did you get it from?

Hopefully, what you have is something else.
You will still need to be examined until what you have is discovered and treated.

Good Luck.

There is also an STD forum on this site.  There is a Dr. who answers questions.  Pretty much everything you've asked has been asked and answered there.

Waiting for results is the worst.  I feel for you.
