Spotting or period?

I used to take the Alesse combo pill for years until I got sick even had a brain clot. I was on blood thinners for a whole year and my dr. said as soon as i decide i felt comfortable enough to stop the thinners i could BUT id have to stop taking alesse and switch to the mini pills. So 2 months ago i started taking micronor, didnt have any issues, my bf and i abstained the whole month to be on the safe side and my period came around right on the dot as to my period calendar and it was sooo light to what i was used to it was like it was barely there. Okay so now that was about 2 weeks ago my last period. 2 days ago my bf and i finally found the time for ourselves and later that evening i noticed a bit of blood, which didnt really concern me as i did read you could have spotting throughout the month with micronor. Its now been 2 days and im still bleeding, its not spotting anymore but a light flow. "Technicly" I wasnt supposed to start my period for another 12 days. Is this normal with the mini pill to alter when your period is to beginning?
