Groin bruise like pain?

So for like a week I’ve been having a bruise like pain through the right side groin area, if I stand, lay or sit down you won’t be able to see no lump or swelling but if I rub where it hurts I feel like some small bump through the inside but is not visible, should I be worried ? I have no pelvic pain or leg pain it’s just that certain area around the groin. Please help!!

It's possible you pulled a muscle in another part of your body that actually is making it hurt there.  I would try a chiropractor or physical therapist to see if they can pin point if that is the cause.
