Sterilized missed period with

Good day

I was sterilized 5 years ago first year my period was on and of. Then normal every month at the 15th.  In July I got my period on the 13th and it was a heavy flow. In August I skipped my period although I had all the symptoms of getting my period. I had diarrhea for 1 day.  On the 31st August I had some brown thick blood when wiping, the following 2 days some light blood sometimes when I wipe.  Today 3 Sept there is no blood.  Since my period due date I had lower back pains with some period cramp on my stomach.  Feels bloated and is constipated.  Today my lower back is killing me.I woke up feeling dizzy. I have a headache and feel so nausea.  Can this just be hormones.  I am sexually active.

Oh, okay.  Hon, I'd do a pregnancy test or see a doctor.  It is not too common but occasionally, scar tissue will forum in such a way that it allows the tube to be fused together and a pregnancy can occur.  Sadly, most are tubal pregnancies when this happens (life threatening to you).  So, please take a pregnancy test and if it is positive, see a doctor.  And really, at this point, even if it is negative, see a doctor.  You could have a simple ovarian cyst as well.  (typically not dangerous).  But I think a pelvic exam at this point would be a good idea hon.  good luck

Hi there and welcome.  I'm sorry you are having this discomfort.  When you say you were sterilized five years ago, can you give any details about that?

You could take a test if you feel pregnancy is a risk and your period is late.
