condom

hello!!!! My boyfriend and I had sex for the very first time Sunday afternoon and Sunday evening. We used a condom both times. I have gone into serious panic mode. Can I possibly be pregnant when he used a condom because sometimes condoms don't work 97 percent of the time. I need answers fast before he comes back to see me next month.

How many days ago did your period start? That would be the first day of your cycle. If your periods are very regular ones, you can predict when ovulation occurs. For example, if your periods are regular 28-day ones, ovulation would occur around day 14 (+/- 2-3 days). If you have unprotected sex around day 14 (+/- 2-3 days), then the risk of pregnancy is high.

Did you check the condom afterwards?

Hi there.  Well, condoms can fail but you usually know.  A broken condom is something you can't miss.  There is not a high risk of pregnancy with condoms.  :>)  That's incorrect.  There is a failure rate but it is related most often to using it incorrectly or it breaking.  So, if you faithfully used a condom, your risk is low hon.  good luck

You didn't read my response carefully. It is correct.
