Hello! Yes, that does sound like a UTI. Frequent urge to pee and pain as you go especially as the flow comes to an end are hallmark signs. Unfortunately, you will need to see a doctor. What about an urgent care? They are all over these days and so easy. They work with people who do not have insurance. I have a friend who goes and doesn't use her insurance at urgent care because it actually turns out to be cheaper than if she did! Worth a call to find out their fees and they sometimes have sliding fees based on income. And the urgent care near my house also dispenses antibiotics and it is 15 dollars for whichever one they give you. That's pretty cheap. They also have all sorts of hours. Ours is open until 10 pm. So, this might be a good option for you to get treated if it does turn out to be a UTI after you pee in a cup. (they can test it right there). Cranberry is a possible help at preventing it but since it seems like you have one, you have to seek treatment. I'm sorry, hon. good luck
