Underarm breast tissue removal
How do you find someone who specializes in removing underarm breast tissue?
i would like to see some before and after pictures of the underarm breast tissue removal.
The surgeons who do breast reductions do this surgery, but I must caution you--if you get a breast reduction, the area under your arm isn't normally done, as that is considered a different surgery than the surgery for a breast reduction. It can be done at the same time if it isn't being done for cosmetic reasons, but your insurance typically won't cover that portion if it is being done for cosmetic reasons. If it's being considered for cosmetic reasons, you will have to pay out of pocket and you may not be able to have it done. Insurance coverage is really strict about this. I'm speaking from experience. I wanted that done and couldn't get it done, even though the breast reduction wasn't done for cosmetic reasons. It turned out to be fine without doing that, though.
