Vaginal cut, need advice !

So about 3 days ago me and my boyfriend were having sex, and he decided play with my clit for added pleasure... the next morning i had used the restroom and for some reason something was stinging. The pain was intense. So i cleaned up and took a mirror and looked... seems like i have a small cut in my vagina. And i researched it and it seems like it will self heal as long as you keep the area clean, so even though i have no concerns about that... the only thing is, later on that day i started my cycle. Now i have to go to the restroom to freshen up twice as much. And after each time im in more pain because im forced to wipe to not only keep the wound clean but to wipe all the blood off. Its painful but trying to keep the wound clea while on my period seems to be doing more harm than help :/ it hurts to walk because i wipe very good to the point whete there is no lubrication and it feels like the would is opening everytime i leave the restroom. I just need advice on how to go about this. Is there something different i could be doing to help ?

Ugh, I'm sorry to hear this.  Yes, little cuts there sting like heck. You have to wait for it to heal (and sometimes it will start to itch as it heals).  You can try ibuprofen for pain relief.  There is a spray called dermoplast pain relieving spray that I used after birth that takes the sting out, you can try a witch hazel pad for 15 minutes, you can pour warm water at the same time you are urinating, or use a squirt bottle to the area as you go to the bathroom  Try to let it air dry at some point during the day like when you go to sleep.  And tell your boyfriend to be more gentle as this is not fun.  good luck
