bleeding while not on my period but have no pain

for 19 days(incuding today) i have been on and off bleeding, but I have no pain at all, the amount of blood changes most days, and some days I dont bleed but the next day I do, I have graves disease and am taking methimazole and a few weeks ago my dose got lowered, but I think that was after the bleeding, though im not sure, I do not need a pad to keep the blood from being on clothes, it really only shows up when I wipe, but not after I pee, i've wiped before peeing to check, i've also been more wet than usual, ignoring the blood, but i've not been aroused more, im not sure if that is connected. im not sexually active so no chance of pregnancy but I have masturbated by inserting things inside myself, I dont think I injured my cervix though as I have no pain, my periods are mostly pain/crampless and usually very heavy, and have stayed the same even after I started my medication, i've been on it for about a year.

Your doctor might want to do a cervical biopsy, since unusual bleeding is worth investigating. Have you talked with your ob/gyn?
