Vaginal rash

ive had reoccuring rash itching burning and clumpy discharge for about 2 months .. HELP!

Hi there.  Yes, I agree that it does sound like a yeast infection or thrush.  We can't diagnose you over the internet so a doctor would confirm that but you describe the hallmark signs of yeast overgrowth.  Very uncomfortable!  

Now, if you've never had one before, they recommend that you see a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment recommendations.  If you HaVe had one before, they sell over the counter products for this.  I like the one day Monostat because it has a higher concentration of medicine in it.  Doctors can prescribe a tablet that works pretty fast.  Monostat one day takes two full days to work so you have to be patient.

Do not douche as that makes things worse.  Eat probiotic yogurt such as Dannon Activia or take a probiotic supplement.  Cut back on your sugar.  Wear cotton underwear and air dry every once in a while.
