Vulva vestibule has central line with dots, and pointy clitoris

Is it normal to have a line which runs down the length of the vulva vestibule from under the clitoris, towards the urethra, which also has about 5 tiny 'puncture marks' along it?

And, is it normal to have a small pointy clitoris which has a line running longitudinally over it?

Is it normal to have a big clitoral hood which is visible from the front view, and barely any clitoral shaft inside it?

Thanks

There are a lot of medical photos online, everything you are describing can probably be seen in one or another of them. Here's one link but it's just one of many. https://jessica86.medium.com/cool-photos-of-clitorises-360a7e4c1b1c
