5 to 6 days of severe Ovulation Pain

Does anyone get severe 5 to 6 days of ovulation cramp on the right side of Pelvic? From last 6 years I am getting this pain on the right side 5 days before the ovulation day. Cramp is unbearable & generally it starts whenever my stomach is empty like around mid-night or 10AM or 4PM. Its comes with nausea & vomiting, the pain is so severe that I can’t even walk & it always been one sided & it will last for half an hour to 1 hour. I am trying for baby from past 2 years & I feel that it is something to do with this pain

You might try an abdominal MRI. Look for scar tissue.

The only time I've had pain like that was when I had a cyst on my ovaries.  Have you ever been tested for that?
