What's the best Natural Cure for Adenomyosis ? My period cramps a lot, but I don't have prolonged bleeding,so can i get cured without surgery needed ? I saw some natural cure for adenomyosis were introducted in some places,and i also wanna to know more details about herbal medicine,pls share with me ,thanks !

How are you sure you have adenomyosis, was it diagnosed by a doctor via ultrasound, MRI or sonohysterogram? If not, that is the first thing to do. A lot of period cramps is not the definitive diagnosis. You need a doctor to do some imaging.
If you have had all the above done and a doc has given you this diagnosis, why are you looking for answers on the Internet? Your doctor should be able to tell you the various approaches to treatment and which would be most appropriate for you.

I didn't mean that second paragraph to seem dismissive or challenging, I'm just saying that if you have a doctor who has gone so far as to diagnose you via imaging, he or she would be the very best person to tell you about treatment options.
