White blotches on my face

I've noticed last week that i have these white blotches on my cheek.  Today i noticed that i now have them on my forhead.  I do suffer with both Lupus and HIV.  Could these diseases cause the skin problem?  Could it be something as simple as not taking vitamins, is it the sun?  How do i get rid of them?  Please help i love my face and i would like to get rid of these white blotches.

You can get a fungus from being in the sun too much.  You see it a lot on more tanned people.  You also see it a lot in kids who spend a lot of time in the pool (and sun).  You can use a fungul cream like Tinactin.  I think Monistat even has one out now.  It will get rid of it in just a few days.  This may not be what's causing your problem, but I'd at least give the cream a try.

Vitiligo is a disease characterized by loss of pigmentation.  If you are darker skinned, it shows up more.  You might google it and see if it looks like what you have going on.
