Why do I feel movement in my stomach??? Please help!!!

I swear I'm not pregnant because I got my normal period and I've never had sex. So why am I feeling this??? On May 19 I went to the bathroom and I sat on a chair and humped after that. I share the bathroom with my brother and I think he masturbates. Could the toilet get me pregnant??? I've only had four periods and this happened after the first one. I've had three periods since then!! All normal heavy with clots and fills a bunch of pads a day and lasts a week with cramps. But I've heard you can have decidual bleeding because of your hormones being crazy, and I'm afraid that since I have only had four that my hormones are still crazy and it could be decidual bleeding, but all the stuff during my periods were normal for me. Why does this have to happen to me?!?! If this happens, me and the people in my life will never be the same. I just wanna be a regular  kid. I'm only 13!!! My family is very sentimental to me, and I'm afraid all of our relationships with each other will change. I just want to have a good Halloween and thanksgiving and Christmas and good school year without worrying. This can't happen right now. This will ruin my life and I feel like if this does happen I won't be dads little girl anymore. Please help and no sarcasm please I'm not joking. I just want to be a regular kid.

For the cramps, you can put a hot water bottle wrapped in a cloth to stop any scalding, on your tummy or your back.  This will help ease any cramping pain.

First off, you can NOT get pregnant by sitting on a toilet seat when someone has masturbated.  Tell your brother that if he messes up the toilet seat, he should out or respect for other people using the toilet after him, should clean and wash the mess up.

The reason you are feeling movements in your stomach is due to wind.
Wind in the stomach and move about.  You may be feeling your intestines and bowels working.

A lot of wind in the stomach and belly can be due to drinking a lot of gassy drinks like lemonades, eating lots of foods like sprouts, cabbage, eating with your mouth open, and gulping air in when you drink fluids.

To help your periods to settle, eat a healthy and well balanced diet with lots of fluids (water, milk).  You need your milk and dairy as your bones are still forming and growing.

Cut out or cut down on all sugary drinks and foods, junk and processed foods.  Processed foods are those that are in tins and ready made meals.

At the moment your body is still changing and hasn't settled down with regard to hormones and your periods.  Eating a healthy and well balanced diet will help.  Evening Primrose oil may also help you with regard to the heavy periods and any premenstrual symptoms like bloating and sore breasts.

You ARE a normal kid.  Everyone at some point will feel some movement in their belly due to trapped wind.
