Reason and medication for breast pain

Hi Doctor,
I am 25 years old, unmarried, from last one month i have pain in my boobs, if i touch my boobs i found some hardness inside and i feel some pain. and my periods also not near, please let me know the reason and suggest me some medication for that. Thank you in advance.

Hi.  I'm not sure why your breasts hurt.  Possibly you have tender breasts due to hormonal changes that happen with period?  Would explain cramping and stomach problems too if you are about to get your period.  Do you do monthly breast exams on yourself?  Do you get an annual doctor's physical?  These things are important to help monitor our health.  Medication is not necessary at this time from the sounds of it.   But if it is muscle aches and/or cramps, ,ibuprofen helps.  good luck
