Womans health

Hey, I am 14 gonna be 15 in a few months and I've been getting signs that I'm pregnant.
First I didn't weigh enough, then I started eating a bit heavier. But after a couple weeks of feeling good I went to the doctors for a check up about why I'm so little. She couldn't figure it out. After a week of eating like a pig I went from 97 pounds to 100 pounds. That whole week i've been feeling like I'm gonna vomit but never have to run for a toilet. I've also been getting migranes and recently I have grown a bubble on my stomach mainly on the left but I can push it around. I got my period at normal time. But the vomiting feeling slowed down a bit but the bubbles making me crazy. Not only that but I can't talk to my mom about it because she's not someone I've gone through great times with. I know where my insurance card is and I have enough money for a pregnancy test. I think I Should take a home test, then go to planned parenthood and see what I can do with just me and my 15 year old boyfriend. And his 19 year old sister hopefully. I just hope I'm okay. And my mom doesn't find out.
Any thoughts?

Well I think my first advice would be to stop having sex. You're 14. It doesn't matter how often it is, you're still a child. What if you got a disease or got pregnant? Your life would be over long before it EVER starts.

Get a home pregnancy test and take it according to the instructions.  Then see about getting onto some kind of birth control, if you intend to keep having sex at 14.  I don't know if you will be able to get help at Planned Parenthood or not, because of your age.  You might need a parental consent form, and then of course the fat is in the fire.

Take the test, try not to stress, you probably aren't pregnant.  But you have to do something to prevent it, at the very least, he has got to use condoms.  Absolutely, every time.  No sex without condoms, used correctly.

I don't have sex daily, just once every other week not recently because I've been a worried mess. Crying all the time and laying down with nothing to do just makes me feel over stressed and over worried. Maybe that's a problem too.
Do you have any advice for me?/:

Well the first question is, are you sexually active. If you ARE, then yes it's very possible to be pregnant. However, what you've described doesn't send out warning flags that you are. You stated that you're trying to gain weight, from I assume 97 pounds? (Which personally to me doesn't actually sound bad. I'm 22, 5'2" and weigh 100 pounds) You also stated you ate a lot, and put on 3 pounds in a week---eating a lot, especially if you don't normally eat that much, WILL cause you to feel sick. Your body and stomach isn't used to that amount, and it's a natural reaction. The bubbles sound like gas. At times we can get pockets of air trapped in our body. It can get stuck under your ribs, in your stomach, your sides, etc.
