Yellow Urine

Hey Girls!

So recently my side started to hurt because i didn't drink enough water so it was kinda painful. When ever I pee my urine is yellow. Possibly related toward my dehydration. I also notice that my mouth been dry also even when I drink plenty of water and my urine remains yellow. I've had throat issues with my tonsil in the past which lead the doctors to surgically remove it. My tongue would also turn white sometimes and when i put pressure brushing my tongue it bleeds a little. Anyways, the point I'm trying to make is should this be checked by a doctor?

Doctors will tell you that your urine should be pale, but if you are taking a lot of Vitamin B (or eating a lot of food that is high in Vitamin B) you can get urine that is yellow for that reason alone. (My prenatal vitamins gave me very bright yellow pee.) Consider whether you are taking in a lot of vitamin B, and test the theory that it is from simple dehydration by upping your intake of liquids for a solid period of time, not just one day, and if neither of these things is it, you certainly aren't going to hurt yourself to see a doctor.
