Unfortunately, there are several possibilities for those symptoms. The most likely is bacterial vaginosis, but you cannot be certain; and in any case, there are no over-the-counter treatments for BV or any of the other possibilities. You need professional diagnosis and advice. Free or very low cost care probably is available at your local health department, Planned Parenthood, or a community clinic.

hi! i would say it sounds like bv. i had that last year and i had the same symptoms as you. you really need to see a dr b/c there are no over the counter things that will help it and it can lead to other problems if it is not treated. i know that it can lead to pid if you have it for a period of time and it is not treated. like the post before mine i would try the health dept. or if they have clinics in your area that test for stds and other stuff they will usually treat you for yeast infections and bv(even though it is not a std) and you can go for almost free at most of those places. good luck!!!
