Exreme pain in each side of abdomen going into lower back and upper thighs

I'm 22 years old and ever since I had my Daughter back in 2013, my periods have been heavier and the cramps have been more intense, I've also have shooting pains throughout the area even when I'm not on my period but they are inconsistent and random. The biggest difference I have noticed is that when I am on my period and I simply stand for a few minutes or go to the bathroom, there is an intense pressure as if I am crowning.
Most recently, I'd say within the last few weeks, I've had a dull pain in my lower back and a radiating sharp cramp like pain in each side of my abdomen, kind of like where my ovaries are. The pain radiates to each side and into my upper thighs. Right now, the pain is very intense on my ride side in my hip area and going down into my upper thigh and on my left side I have an intense pain in my lower back.
Can anyone help me identify this or has anyone else experienced this?

Or Google to find "FQHC" in your town, Community health centers that will have services at low to no cost if you meet household income requirements.

ER will take you but you'd be looking at $1K+, and they won't have a generous charity plan.

Find an FQHC and Go in!

Hey hun, what did you end up doing? Sharp pains are sometimes caused by ovarian cysts. But it could also be something else, such as an infection, or possibly endometriosis? Have you ever been diagnosed with it or heard of it? Women often have similar pains with it. I have endo as well. Maybe check out the endometriosis community on here and see if you find similar posts. I would go straight to a GYN if you do decide to make an appointment, rather than ER, because those will be hefty bills without insurance. Unless your pain is just unbearable or you have other severe symptoms, fever, etc. Then don't hesitate and go to ER. GYN would probably take some urine and blood samples from you, as well as do a pelvic ultrasound to see what might be going on.

There are hospitals that have charity if you meet the requirements. That's the only way I get to see what is causing extreme pain.

But since I do not have health insurance, should I just go to my local hospital? Will they do a pelvic exam and maybe do a CT scan or something?

@jenniferand3 - Thank you so much for your response. Last night, I was out taking my dad shopping and I had about 3 sharp pains in my lower right abdomen. They all happened at different times, once while I was driving, and it was the kind of pain that takes your breath away. I also don't have health insurance, should I get checked at my local hospital? I can't really talk to anyone in my family about it, so I'm looking to other women for advice.

You might want to go to Dr and find out. I thought I had a kidney infection but have a 4 centimeter ovarian cyst.
