? My AF ended Tuesday, Thursday and Friday I have periodic mild cramping followed by brown discharge when I wiped and spotting on my undies. Iam aware that brown spotting is usually old bleed, but I guess I was just wondering why it came a day after?

well our cycle day starts day one when we get af. so if you are charting i guess chart what days you stop spotting. i havent much experience with charting i tried one month. but basically day one is the start of period.
