headaches/stomach aches with chin acne everyday

I am a 23 year old female...Was on the pill for 5 years for irregular and painful periods. The pill always messed up my body and i decided to stop taking it. Now being off of the pill for almost 9 months or so I get headaches and my stomach hurts everyday. I also have breakouts on my chin everyday also, which i have heard that to be from hormones. My headaches make me useless and i cant do anything and My acne brings my self esteem down. I have been tired alot lately and little to no sex drive. My cycle is also about every 40 days.  Anybody know what this could be? I would hate to go to the doctors just for them to tell me its all in my head.

well i got on the pill to help with bad cramps and to regulate my cycle...and since coming off the pill i get the terrible cramps usually the first day or two. I havent been to the gyno since coming off the pills,..afraid they would put me back on the pills and i dont want that. I have read up on PCOS and it sounds similiar. I guess i will have to crack and go to the doctors.

It is possibly endometriosis.  Have you seen a gyno?

Coming off the pill did the pain become worse?

I went 17 yrs undiagnosed for the same symptoms but I also had digestive and rectal issues which ended up being Stage IV Endometriosis. I almost lost my mind by the way the doctors treated me and made me feel.

Read my journal about migraines and Endometrios (My Journey) and see if you can relate. Also do some research on Endo, PCOS, Adenomyosis etc. There are a variety of female issues that can cause the symptoms you have.
