hi friends i need some help friends for 18 weeks i didn't got my periods ,i did many home pregnancy test n they all were negative ,i was having some pregnancy symptoms n nw at 19 week i got some bleeding like period n i can feel some movement in my stomach friendsis it a baby or something else plz help me
